Atlanta-based Equifax Inc. launched a new product in June 2009, Debt Wise, an on-line do-it-yourself debt reduction plan.  Of course debtors may find they are charging another 9+ dollars on their credit card for the plan.  For the fee, subscribers can import their debts from their credit report and form a plan for repaying them.
