Nick Wiseman has been practicing plaintiff’s personal injury trial law since graduation from SMU Law School in 1994. Since that time, Nick has worked on cases involving work injuries, medical malpractice, products liability, workplace injuries, 18-wheeler collisions, construction accidents as well as automobile accidents. Nick has settled numerous cases for an excess of a million dollars as well as many mid-six figure injury cases. Born in London, England, Nick immigrated to the United States and became an American citizen while in the U.S. Army.
